I started healthy living for about 10 years now. It is important that in these times of poor medical care it is important that we take care of ourselves. Exactly what does this mean?
It means a lot. You must first start with a very good night of sleep. Sleeping is much more important than people would believe. I get 5 hours of sleep on week days and about 8 hours on the weekend. It is not the best but it is better than I did before.
I wake up and go workout for about 2 hours every weekday. When I get home I get a good breakfast and it is off to work. In the mid morning I then go get me some fruit or something light.
For lunch I then get me some V8 juice and maybe some peanut butter. For dinner I have a lot of carbs. I eat very little meat.
Now every so often I will splurge on chicken. That is not the norm. All in all, I have started living a healthy lifestyle and I feel a lot better than I use to.
