I just lost 35 pounds. It took me about 4 months. I got up at 4:30 AM five days a week to get to the gym. On Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays I did ninety minutes on the elliptical machine, lifted weights for 30 minutes, and did fifteen minutes of abdominals. I reduced my caloric intake substantially.
There were several times when I fell off the wagon. Had I followed a program that included weight loss pills
I am sure it would have been much easier. Going forward I will consider the best weight loss pills I can find to assist.
The weight loss process is difficult. There is no shame in using legally available substances to make the process more manageable. I have already proven I have the discipline to lose weight on my own. I have nothing else to prove. The next time it will be assisted.
