Guest post of the week by Roscoe Harris
Since I saw Owen Wilson in Marley & Me, I’ve fallen in total love with his on-screen charm and personality. There’s something about Owen that captures my attention and refuses to let go no matter what kind of role he takes on. People know him best as a pretty face but I feel that beyond that pretty face is an actor that gives his all to each and every project he works on. He’s not the best actor but in my life, I pick him as the best actor, even if he’s not.
Owen is a frequent guest on my satellite television. I enjoy viewing his movies and I also catch any interviews he might be giving. I watch for those interviews, set my calendar, and enjoy them more than anything else. He’s my favorite actor thanks to his charm, ! vibe of niceness, and overall image. He might not be the perfect actor in dramatic roles, but I’ve always enjoy his comedy roles. Marley & Me was somewhere in-between and I appreciated the chemistry between Owen and Jennifer Aniston, another of my favorites.
My choice in movies and actors isn’t always what the mainstream suggests it should be but actors like Owen Wilson have a unique persona that I always take the time to appreciate when they show up in a theater or on my television set from TVbyDirect.com.
