While the administration and many are looking at the new unemployment numbers as positive news I find them very problematic. It is a fact that middle class wages has been stagnant for the last 30 years. In fact one only need look here to understand the severity and impact of this problem.
Getting the employment numbers up going forward is not likely too difficult as the outcome of our great recession, the dramatic reduction in the middle class worker wages has occurred. The normalization of global wages effected by policies advocated by the unions for corporations (e.g., US Chamber of Commerce) is now in effect. Middle class standard of living as seen clearly in all objective data is stagnant or on the way down as it is normalized to the other countries where we outsource to slave labor.
